Our team focuses on changing living conditions for hospitalized patients. We aspire to redesign inpatient hospital spaces to decrease anxiety and depression experienced by patients.
Fundraising Video
This video was created by our team to go over the problems we observed within inpatient wards, such as minimal natural lighting, limited fresh air, and depleted personal space. The video was initially intended to raise funds for our project, but now serves the purpose of explaining basic concepts of our project.
DESIGN CONCEPTS
Our designs initiated from the form of a mushroom. The original form gradually evolved to become more abstract and was enlarged to the human scale to construct the final design.
Concluding Video
This video explores concepts developed through our research in a deeper manner, with reference to specific cases that we studied and our proposed solutions. It plays the part of a concluding video to our project, which also served the purpose of raising awareness for our project within the community.
